Symptoms of kidney stones, but there are no urological problems, What do i have?

I have the symptoms of kidney stones, or UTI’s. I do NOT have any kidney stones of urine infections or bladder infections. I thought i did, but after several tests, and ultra sounds there are no problems in that area.
What else could be causing burning when urination with incontinence, as well as abdominal pains, pain in my lower back, and foul smelling urine? I’ve had the burning and incontinence for exactly one year now, and i’m thinking maybe its an STI such as chlamydia?
I went to a urologist, that was all the tests he does. I cant do any tests for STD’s or STI’s til im back in the UK.
And he can’t think what i could have. I’m 18 and living in an arab country so he cant suspect anything sexual because it’s illegal out of marriage.
If u had all the tests and it came back OK, why didnt the doc do someother test…he had to have said something.
Pregnancy possibly, or an STD. Go to a gynecologist and get tested for either.
